Refund policy
RETURN DEADLINES & FEES
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code,
"the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties."
You therefore have:
- 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your decision to withdraw,
- then an additional 14 days from this notification to return the item to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any return made outside these deadlines will not be accepted. In such cases, you will be notified by email. If you wish to have your refused order sent back to you, additional shipping fees will apply.
Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or as part of a promotional offer (including but not limited to sales, promo codes, automatic discounts, limited-time offers, Black Friday, etc.) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
All promotional sales are considered final.
No returns will be accepted for these purchases, except in the case of a defective product upon delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Request and complete the return form (via email).
- Provide your full details (first name, last name, order number).
- Include the completed form inside the package.
- Ship your return using Colissimo, Chronopost, or any carrier of your choice (at your expense).
- Drop off your package and keep proof of shipment to track delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- It must show no signs of use, including odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or stains (makeup, wear).
Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or under promotional offers are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
All promotional sales are final, except in the case of a defective product upon delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank (additional delays may apply).
