General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)


1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on this website.

By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these terms.


2. Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. However, despite all care taken, slight differences (such as color or dimensions) may exist between the photos and the items received.


3. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

SUN RITUAL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.


4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure payment solutions offered at checkout.

Payment is required immediately, including for pre-order items. The customer may pay by credit card or via PayPal. Cards issued by banks outside France must be international cards (Visa or Mastercard).

Secure online payment is processed by our payment provider. The information transmitted is encrypted according to industry standards and cannot be intercepted during transmission.

Once the payment is initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information.

In accordance with Article L.132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, payment authorization by card is irrevocable.

By providing their banking details, the customer authorizes the seller to debit their card for the amount indicated.

The customer confirms that they are the legal holder of the card and authorized to use it.

In the event of an error or inability to charge the card, the sale is automatically canceled.


5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier.

SUN RITUAL shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Mondial Relay – Europe (Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands):
    Pickup point delivery: 10–20 business days
  • Europe & International:
    Home delivery (Colissimo): 10–20 business days
  • Overseas Territories (Zones 1 & 2):
    Home delivery (Colissimo): 10–20 business days

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Any non-compliant return may be refused.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Bank processing times may apply before the refund appears in the customer’s account.


8. Liability

SUN RITUAL shall not be held liable for:

  • indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold;
  • improper use or abnormal wear of the items;
  • force majeure events preventing contract execution (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected during orders is necessary for processing and delivery.

It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, visuals, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.


11. Governing Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts.
